![]() Next step is to create Bootable Drive to install the macOS Mojave on a separate partition. So I'm forced to hold ALT while I restart to be able to choose which drive I want to start up in. ![]() I already have windows install on my Mac, my problem is the little boot camp diamond that allows me to reboot from windows to Mojave no longer recognizes I even have Mojave on the hard drive or 'could not locate the os x boot volume'. I have not used windows 7’s native image backup and restore feature on a mac, so I cannot offer any meaningful advice about that. The image can only be restored to another bootcamp partition on a new drive using winclone. Winclone is a Mac Application that seeks out the bootcamp partition on your Mac’s hard drive and makes an image of it.
